Joe Allbright grew up in Andrews and attended Baylor University on a football scholarship - majoring in Marketing and Finance.  Joe is a currentmember and past president of the West Texas Association of Insurance andFinancial Advisors www.naifa.org .  He is also a member of the Midland/Odessa Business and Estate Council www.mobec.org , the Odessa Toastmasters Club, and the Odessa Chuck Wagon Gang. Joe and his wife Vicki have three grown children and live in Odessa with two whacky black pugs - Cosmo and Wedgie.
